By accessing or using any Daovant products or services, including but not limited to PDFs, audio courses, and consulting sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.
1.2 Use of Products and Services
All content provided by Daovant is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.
1.3 Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials may result in termination of access.
1.4 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
2.Refund Policy
2.1 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted or files are delivered.
2.2 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact support@daovant.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue, which may include re-delivery of the product.
2.3 Consulting Services
For consulting sessions, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
3.Intellectual Property
All materials, including text, audio, graphics, and logos, are the intellectual property of Daovant unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
4.Disclaimer
Our content and consulting services are for educational purposes only and are not intended as legal, financial, or psychological advice. Results may vary depending on individual circumstances.
5.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daovant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services.
